- A 7-round USCF+FIDE rated tournament with time controls G/5;+2
- 1 half-point bye available when informed before registration closes.
- Entry fee: $30 (Gold Member: $25)
- Cash prizes:
- 1st 20% of registration
- 2nd 15% of registration
- 3rd $10% of registrations
- Best female - $2/paid entry
- Top Upset - $2/paid entry

- Minimum participants: 10 players in each section otherwise the event will be cancelled and paid entry fee will be refunded.
