An 11-rounds unrated blitz tournament with special guest - GM Tan, Tan Zhongyi, the 2017 Women's World Champion, who won the 2024 Women's Candidate Tournament and will play in the Women's World Chess Championship match in 2025 against the current Women's World Chess Champion Ju Wenjun.
When - Jun 8th, 2024 7:00PM PST Where - MS Cafe 99 How - 11 rounds of unrated blitz with 3+2 time-control. Pairing will based on the higher of players' USCF/FIDE ratings. Prize - $300-$200-$100 Entry Fee - GM/WGM/IM/WIM free entry. Others - $75. Gold members 20% discount. Misc - bring your own chess set and digital clock. |
