| A PNWCC Over-the-Board FIDE rated 9-round Swiss tournament with time control G/90;+30 in two sections :
1. Artist Point is for players with FIDE 2300+ rating which gives a very realistic chance for IM/GM norms
2. Picture Lake is for players with USCF 2000+ rating.
Play up is very limited. We offer conditions for foreign GM's. Check flyer for detail.

I have no COVID-19 symptoms and will wear masks all the time during the tournament. Misc Info: Our tournament is limited to 60 players in two sections with very limited play up If we have huge interest in this event by 8/2, we will negotiate with the hotel to get their conference room so we can accommodate more players. If seats are all sold out, or play up seats are filled, you can register the waiting list section - $50 to show your earnest. If we can’t expand the capacity of the event (decision to expand will be made by 8/2), we will refund your entry fee If we can accommodate you, and you decline our offer, $50 is non-refundable |
