| Fair Play Rules |

By registering for a PNWCC chess event, players agree to follow the fair play agreement terms in accordance with maintaining the highest possible standards of ethics and fair play during my online chess games.
- I promise to not use a cell phone, chess engine, or seek any kind of outside assistance during my games.
- I promise to follow the enhanced fair play rules in PNWCC online tournament.
- I will use the program ZOOM in order to be monitored via webcam when required.
- I understand that my games may be checked by Chess.com or lichess.org’s Fair Play team for signs of fair play violations.
- The games of all prize winners will be certified by PNWCC's Fair Play Committee
- PNWCC has the sole right to interpret the results of the online tournament games.
- If my online account(s) get closed due to fair-play violations, I will have to return all the prize money I earned from PNWCC events, regardless if I violated the fair-play rules in the PNWCC events or not. If I do not return the prize money, PNWCC can publicly announce that my account gets closed for fair-play violation.
Players who break the agreement will face forfeiture of their games, expulsion from the tournament, and sanctions by PNWCC |

- A 4-round, G/75+5 tournament on chess.com for two separate groups of USCF Expert and USCF Masters
- Event is both chess.com and USCF online rated.
- Expert Group - USCF 2000-2199 (limited play-up for USCF 1900+)
- Master Group - USCF 2200+ (limited play-up for USCF 2100+)
- Can use peak rating as qualification
- Each group will have up to 3 invited trainers that will not play each other with guaranteed prize
- Expert group will have 3 FM/IM trainers. Gtd prize $75 if score 2.5+ points. Can earn higher prize.
- Master group will have 3 IM/GM trainers. Gtd prize $100 if score 2.5+ points. Can earn higher prize.
- Trainers can't offer draw before move 40
- Section prize
- Expert - $200 - $150 - $100 - $50 -$25
- Masters - $300 - $200 - $150 - $100 -$75
- Sibling discount and pairing:
- Per request, we will not pair siblings
- Siblings take 15% discount on entry fee.
- Forced bye get $10 back - in case someone got forced bye and can play only 3 games, $10 entry fee will be refunded. Request after event by email PNWCCTD@gmail.com
- Waiting list - in case play-up and/or trainer spots are full, please get into the waiting list, don't lose your chance.;)
- ONE half-point (0.5) bye is allowed.
