| Fair Play Rules |

By registering for a PNWCC chess event, players agree to follow the fair play agreement terms in accordance with maintaining the highest possible standards of ethics and fair play during my online chess games.
- I promise to not use a cell phone, chess engine, or seek any kind of outside assistance during my games.
- I promise to follow the enhanced fair play rules in PNWCC online tournament.
- I will use the program ZOOM in order to be monitored via webcam when required.
- I understand that my games may be checked by Chess.com or lichess.org’s Fair Play team for signs of fair play violations.
- The games of all prize winners will be certified by PNWCC's Fair Play Committee
- PNWCC has the sole right to interpret the results of the online tournament games.
- If my online account(s) get closed due to fair-play violations, I will have to return all the prize money I earned from PNWCC events, regardless if I violated the fair-play rules in the PNWCC events or not. If I do not return the prize money, PNWCC can publicly announce that my account gets closed for fair-play violation.
Players who break the agreement will face forfeiture of their games, expulsion from the tournament, and sanctions by PNWCC |

---------------- PDT Stands for - Parents Driven Tournament ------------------------------
A 5-round, G/45+10 tournament on chess.com in two sections for USCF Class A&B and U1600 players. 4 invited experts players as trainers ( $40 guaranteed prize offered) for class A&B section. Pairing is based on your USCF regular or online rating. PNWCC TD will post pairing on NAChessHub before rounds. Games will be played on chess.com and results reported through NAChessHub. Event is USCF Online Rated.
Section 1 is for USCF rating 1600 - 1999. If your USCF Online Rating is in the 1600-1999 range, you will be allowed to enter the tournament. We offer a guaranteed $40 prize to 4 Expert players (USCF 2000-2199) as trainers. These 4 players will NOT play each other and will be able to earn the higher prize. Must play all 5 games to get the gtd prize.
$100 - $60 - $40 -$20 -$10
If the invited expert trainers earn less than $40 prize, they will get the guaranteed $40 prize.
Section 2 is for U1600 players - $50 - $40 - $30 -$20 -$10

I read flyer and know round 1 starts at 8:00AM Seattle time and have requested all my byes. I will join ZOOM with angled camera with microphone on and screen sharing are required. No restroom use after 30min into the game. I will play fairly.
Misc Info: 4 expert players get free entry as trainers and $40 gtd prize. Entry fee is non-refundable after 12:00AM of the event day.
