Event Description
GM Melik Khachiyan will host online summer camp via ZOOM. Topics in this camp: Strategic Plans, Calculations, Game Analysis: FIDE Chess Olympiad 2022. GM Melik is U.S. Women's team caption in this tournament. This camp provides unique opportunity to learn how to prepare and fight in one of the most important tournaments in the world. Coach Melik will share his experiences and insights with exciting games. Weekday: Monday to Friday. Everyday: 10:30~12:00 PDT. Total 10 sessions (15 hours) in 2 weeks. Melik is a strong GM and experienced chess trainer. Winner of the FIDE Trainer Awards 2021 He was super GM Levon Aronian's coach from 1990 to 1997. He has been USA Women’s chess team coach since 2010. His student IM Annie Wang won the 2021 U.S. Girls’ Junior Champion.
