Many chess organizers face the challenge of juggling multiple platforms: one website for event publishing, another for event registration, and yet another for pairings and results.
Some organizers rely on Google Forms for registration.
Others have developed their own in-house systems.
Then there are more than 100 other chess registration websites—some without even basic security measures like TLS or usernames.
As a result, chess players and their parents often have accounts on 10 or more of these platforms. "What was the email, username, or password I used for this site again?" becomes a common frustration.
