Entry Fees - 1. $1300 entry fee for US GM norm seekers with FIDE rating 2300+ (limit 6) $1200 entry fee for US IM norm seekers with FIDE rating 2200+ (limit 6) 2. $750 for foreign GM norm seekers (limit 1), $700 for foreign IM norm seekers (limit 1) 3. If roster is not full, and rating reqs are met for the field, we will allow players with rating lower than 2200 to play with entry fee $1400. Refund Policy: |

- No draw offer restrictions for R9.
- Players must help TD input games into ChessBase after each round (Winners input, or if the game is drawn, lower rated players input on TD's computer)
- Norm seekers need to bring their own chess sets/clocks, none will be provided.
Entry Fees -
1. $1300 entry fee for US GM norm seekers with FIDE rating 2300+ (limit 6)
$1200 entry fee for US IM norm seekers with FIDE rating 2200+ (limit 6)
2. $750 for foreign GM norm seekers (limit 1), $700 for foreign IM norm seekers (limit 1)
3. If roster is not full, and rating reqs are met for the field, we will allow players with rating lower than 2200 to play with entry fee $1400.
Refund Policy:
Players who withdraw are eligible for a full refund if they secure a replacement whose rating, title, and federation meet the tournament requirements. Once pairings are published, only a 50% refund will be granted, provided the withdrawing player finds a suitable replacement.
