Event Description
A 4-round, G/75+5 tournament on chess.com for two separate groups of USCF Expert and USCF Masters Expert Group - USCF 2000-2199 (can use peak rating as qualification) Master Group - USCF 2200+ (can use peak rating as qualification) Each group will have up to 3 invited trainers that will not play each other with guaranteed prize Expert group will have 3 NM/FM trainers with rating FIDE 2100-2300 OR USCF 2200-2399. Gtd prize $75 if score 2.5+ points. Can earn higher prize. Master group will have 3 IM/GM trainers with rating FIDE 2300+ OR USCF 2400+. Gtd prize $100 if score 2.5+ points. Can earn higher prize. Trainers can't offer draw before move 40 Entry Fee Expert - $45 one week before event starts. $55 afterwards. Masters - $50 one week before event starts. $60 afterwards. Section prize Expert - $200 - $150 - $100 - $50 -$25 Masters - $300 - $200 - $150 - $100 -$75 Play up - Contact PNWCCTD@gmail.com - $25 extra Expert group has 4 play up for USCF 1900+. Can use peak USCF rating for qualification. Master group has 4 play up for USCF 2100+. Can use peak USCF rating for qualification. Forced bye get $10 back - in case someone got forced bye and can play only 3 games, $10 entry fee will be refunded.
